About the Board


Responsibilities

The New Albany Communities Master Association Board of Trustees meets annually to review the current year’s financials, examine proposals and select contractors for the coming year, set a budget for the coming year including annual assessments, discuss concerns and speak on behalf of the area they are present to represent, and to work with the property manager to plan for big ticket items that may need attention in the future to ensure that the funds are available to keep the community at its best.


Board Members

The board is comprised of 7 trustees, 4 representing the New Albany Company as developer and 3 Master Association resident trustees representing the New Albany Country Club Community Association, Hampstead Village Association and New Albany Farms Association.
